I'm sure you are all well aware by now of the current Schlep situation, but if not, allow me to recap it: On August 8th of 2025, the Roblox content creator known as Schlep would receive a cease and desist from Roblox Cooperation, mandating that he stops catching predators on the platform and he ceases his access of the platform going forward. Ever since Schlep came out about the situation, many, MANY content creators have come out about the situation in support of Schlep, by making videos, threatening to pull out of RDC25 and the star program, and even had created shirts and merch on the Roblox catalogue in support of Schlep, yet Roblox is still not listening to anyone and is following through. Although, Roblox did respond, but it was with the same copy paste garbage from the cease and desist. This is shown below:
Roblox taking action against Schlep (and even Ruben Sim in 2022) is just further proof that Roblox does not seem to care about child safety, and there is one man to blame for it, and one man only: David Baszucki.
Incase you are unaware, David Baszucki is the CEO of Roblox Cooperation, so he has the all seeing eye over the platform, although he only uses it to kick people that are actually protecting the platform off. By kicking them off, it saves Roblox's cooperate image, but in situations like this, they are failing horribly at it, and it shows all on social media. Roblox has always had the bullshit "Report it if something is wrong" excuse, even though when someone is reported, nothing happens unless they release a video first, and still it's only a 50/50 chance that something will happen on Roblox's end, and it is all the fault of David Baszucki. He should be doing better to police and maintain his platform, but no - he bans the people protecting his platform for him, and if anything, he should be proud and thankful for this, but still, no. He punishes the good people and lets the bad people roam the platform. It is really quite invalidating to be honest...
